Looks like a complete dress right? Well, it's actually a turtleneck on top of a tank dress. I've been lusting over turtlenecks, like crazy lusting, and I just had to put this in the form of a dress. I added some slip on sneakers to make it a bit more casual. The finishing touch was the blazer that makes you want to eat cotton candy, while rolling in cotton candy. Unfortunately, my jacket isn't edible, but it sure makes me smile anyway!
